If you are on an option using networks, please remember to use a Healthcare Professional, Specialist, and Facility on our network.
Using a non-network Healthcare Professional, Specialist, or Facility will impact your benefits and result in co-payments.

If you are on an option using networks, it is recommended that you choose a network provider to avoid co-payments.
The following options do not have a private hospital network: BonComprehensive; Standard and BonEssential - However, a day surgery network is applicable.
Private hospital, day surgery and mental health networks are applicable to these options: BonClassic, BonComplete, BonSave, BonFit Select, Hospital Standard,
Primary, Primary Select, Standard Select, BonEssential Select, BonStart, BonStart Plus and BonCap .
Please ensure to check if the network specialist practises at a network hospital.
Please remember to obtain a specialist referral authorisation. If you do not obtain a referral from a Network GP for a specialist consultation, it will not be
covered.
All hospital stays including emergencies must be pre-authorised to ensure that your hospital stay is covered. If you do not get pre-authorisation, you will be
liable for the full hospital account.
